Archie Cardwell has over 38 years  of Government Contract experience as a Contract Specialist, Contract Administrator, Grants Specialist, Contracting Officer,and Contracting OffIcer's Representative (COR).  He is Level III Certified in Government Contracting and Program Management by the Defense Acquisition University (DAU).

Mr Cardwell can provide assistance with pre and post solicitation procedures and compliances;  bid/proposal preparation; negotiations; business development strategy; writing small business subcontracting plans;  a working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) especially FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs.

Mr Cardwell started his own Veteran-Owned Small business, ABC Consulting in 2010 with a focus on assisting and counseling small business owners about how to do business with the federal goverment.
