A business is ready to receive Maryland APEX Accelerator counseling services provided it is registered in the state of Maryland and has a product or service that has a reasonable expectation of being procured under a government contract or purchase order.  There is NO COST to the business owner who receives services. Your application will be processed within 30 days of your request.
