Monica Randall: Procurement Specialist
Ms. Randall has gained experience over the past 31 years working with the U.S. Small Business Administration(SBA) as well as small businesses of various sizes and industries. Over the course of her 23-year career with SBA, she held many positions including Legal Clerk, Certified Loan Specialist, Marketing Specialist as well as a Business Opportunity Specialist (BOS) within SBA's 8(a) program servicing over 100 clients at a time. In addition to her extensive career with the government, she also worked as a Marketing Specialist for CIT, Small Business Lending in New Jersey.
In addition to her extensive small business experience, she is a former Adjunct Professor at Anne Arundel Community College where she taught courses in Advertising & Sales Promotion, Marketing, Introduction to Entrepreneurship, Management Principles as well as Social Media courses. She holds an Undergraduate Degree in Business from Coppin University, a Master’s in Legal & Ethical Studies from the University of Baltimore, and an MBA and a Master’s in Marketing from the University of Maryland.
She strongly believes in small business and has devoted her entire career to assisting small businesses with their growth and expansion into the state and federal procurement marketplace.
