Pamela Minor: Procurement Specialist & VA Certified Counselor 

 

Pamela Minor is president of Pam Minor Consults, Executive Vice President of the Southern Maryland Minority Chamber Of Commerce (SMMCOC), a  former President/CEO of an Information Technology firm Infotek International Inc., and Maryland APEX Accelerator Specialist.

Pamela has degrees in Mass Communications, Computer Science, and Darden Executive Education in Business Management. Pamela also has over twenty-five years in government contracting in senior management positions.

Pamela brings an actual life perspective as a former owner/operator of a small business to her coaching and consulting practice. She began a government contracting career working for large, medium, and small Government Contracting businesses before she became an entrepreneur and government contractor, and life coach. 

 

She currently is active in her community with SMMCOC, supporting Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small  Business (VOSB) owners as a certified Center for Verification counselor since 2018.

Pamela is a certified ONE Thing trainer and life coach, she provides strategy and transformation solutions to a wide range of clients, including education, government agencies, real estate, fitness, architectural design, funeral service, construction/development, healthcare, staffing, fitness, and food and beverage. She has helped create transformational and innovational marketing and branding campaigns, developing websites, social media management, promoting and coordinating events, and technology implementation inbound marketing, sales, and customer service platforms.  She understands government culture and systems, deadlines, mission-critical systems and Science, Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), and the importance of effective communication serving the small business community.
